Secretary To General Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Full scale of secretary function, personal assistant and administration filling
Requirements:
  • Female
  • Single, Max 29 years old
  • Diploma (D3), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Secretarial, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): English, Office Application Ms Office.
  • Could speak Mandarin is an advantage
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jl.Cakung-Cilincing.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • We provide shuttle bus for employee from Bekasi, Cililitan, Grogol, Kemayoran, Mangga dua, Kelapa gading.
Senior Assessment Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct people/employee mapping with Assessment method (BEI/CBI, FGD, In Basket, In tray, potential test), Do Talent Management for High Potential employee. Communicate with user about key position and how to prepare successor for the position.
Requirements:
  • Male, 30 years old maximum
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree(S1), Psychology
  • Preferred Post graduate or master degree from Psychology
  • Required skill(s): behavior event interview / competency based interview, Knows to read competency dictionary.
  • 2 years related experiences
  • Must be willing to work in Cakung Head Office.
  • Must be willing to intents traveling
  • We provide shuttle bus for employees from Office to several directions (Bekasi, Cililitan, Grogol, Mangga dua, Pondok Kopi, Kemayoran)
