Financial Service Center Technical
- Coordinate and check the process of policy issuance, renewal, and closing of Group Insurance policy from Institutional Business clients.
- Provide customer service by handling client complaints, and assist for socialization of new regulation, new feature of service, new product to clients, and brokers.
- 24 – 28 years old
- Minimum D3 or bachelor degree graduate Actuarial Science,
- Mathematics or equivalent from reputable university
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Underwriting, preferably Group
- Underwriting in Life Insurance industry
- Having experience in handling customer is a must
- Accurate and detail (calculation skill)
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa
- Conduct agency recruitment process for both agents and leaders. Focus in leading recruitment effort, i.e. develop policy, procedures, tools and innovative program to achieve manpower requirement.
- Evaluate effectiveness of recruitment program and events.
- Involved in Leaders development program and assist leaders to prepare their recruitment strategy
- 30 - 45 years old, preferably male
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years work experience in Agency of Life Insurance industry.
- Particularly has experience as recruiter or leader
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good networking skills
- High level of energy
- Age between 25 – 35 years old
- Bachelor degree graduated from reputable university
- Min. 3 years experience in Sales-Marketing area preferably in
- Financial Industry (Insurance/Banking) and have product knowledge in unit link
