(ConocoPhillips, Petronas, SPC Singapore, Talisman Energy) ; 40% Yayasan Kesejahteraan Pegawai PGN (YAKAGA) ; 0.13%.

Department Assistant
Jakarta
Responsibilities:

  • Handle documents and provide information, maintain files and documents in order to enhance system effectively and efficiency on Company’s business need.
  • Arrange appointment and meetings of Department regarding to clients and prepare presentation, meeting materials and minutes of meeting and materials to support the department work plan.
  • Prepare and assist schedules, letters, documentations and meetings of Department in order to supports daily operational tasks.
  • Develop systematic system for all documents to attain well controlled correspondence flow, monitoring correspondence and documents treatment for all departments as well as to determine the documents retained, kept or destroyed.
  • Handle and check expedition letter either internal or external and than processing all documents incoming and outgoing letters.
  • Prepare business trip letter arrangement for Department in order to supports daily operational tasks.
  • Prepare claim form of expense reports, invoice, pretty cash records and inventory of office supplies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum D-3 from Management or Administration Discipline with Cumulative GPA min 2.75.
  • Minimum 2years of Management or Administration areas.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in computers literacy.
