CAD Operator/Draftman (Project Base) | Closing Date: 23-2-12
Tuban (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
* Generally the CAD Operator/ Draftman will cooperate with engineers to draft drawings.
* The scope of work to be carried out by a CAD Operator/ Draftman is as following :
  • Prepare and review engineering drawings
  • Document control
  • Pland and conduct Auto CAD training
Requirements:
Education :
  • D3 from all disciplines, graduate from Auto CAD would be advantage
Experience :

Scope of works:
  • To plan, supervise, monitor and control overall customer Frontliners and Backliners activities, not limited in creating programs and initiatives, including inbound and outbound telephone sales and marketing in order to achieve profit & revenue objectives in order to develop a world-class customer care services. Main responsibility includes developing activities, initiatives, programs, team coaching, monitoring performance that aim to create customer memorable experience
Requirements:

Scope of works:
  • Execute and monitor construction and branding transformation process of Holcim’s Solusi Rumah (SR) outlet (Franchise Retailers, CPM, RDC, CDC) by developing shop design and conduct project implementation throughout Indonesia. Ensuring branding standard and sound project implementation of Holcim’s SR sales outlets construction are also the key responsibilities of this position/ role
Requirements:

Experience :

Scope of works:
  • Supervise 5-6 CPM ( Concrete Product Manufacturer) project to make sure the target achieved. Controlling all technical assessment and preparation on franchisee production facility to become Solusi Rumah Product Manufacture (SR CPM) based on site survey data. Ensure the set up process for new SR production facilities align with Solusi Rumah guideline and standard operating procedure. Further transfer SR production know how by conducting training to SR key personnel and SR Production workers. Supervise the transfer SR construction process by conducting training to SR key personnel if necessary to home builder, masons, contractors and other forums. Ensure machine maintenance and service levels of SR to secure optimum productivity. Conduct the certification of new SR outlet following by conducting regular quality control of SR building materials and periodic evaluation of SR standard compliance and regular technical audits
Requirements:
Education :
  • S1 Civil Engineering
Experience :
  • A working knowledge with minimum of 5 years experience associated with the design, construction, property, or pre cast concrete industry in Indonesia
  • Min 2 years experience in managerial level/assistant manager
  • Has experience or involvement directly as a leader of contractor/client
