Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for vendor selection process related to Management Trainee Program.
  • Management Trainee Development Programme end to end.
  • Develop SOP and Policy relating to the Management Trainee Program.
  • Ensuring the Management Trainee Program goes according to plan both in terms of execution time and program flow.
  • Ensure all administrative Management Trainee Program running smoothly
Requirements:
  • Male / Female, age max 30 years old, S1 or S2 majoring in Engineering or Management with GPA min 3:00 of the leading universities
  • Having Minimum 2 years experience in the field to Supervisor and Training Development
  • Mastering computer application (MS.Office)
  • Have the English skills
  • Have good analytical skills, communicative, able to work individually and group

  • Responsible for analyzing the performance of each branch, both from the aspect of marketing, collection, credit analysts and administration and ensure the review process implemented at all levels and achieve the target. Creating a summary report analyzes in detail the results of its implementation.
Requirements:
  • Male / Female, Minimum S1/S2 (preferably with a background of Psychology / Management / Industrial Engineering) 3:00 with a minimum GPA of Universities.
  • Having minimum 2 years work experience in the same field. Understanding TQM, PDCA, Corporate Planning, QCC, Balance Scorecard. Mastering MS Office (word, excel, power point) well.
